LEAVING CERTIFICATE MUSIC WORKSHOP
with THE GALWAY ENSEMBLE IN RESIDENCE - CONTEMPO QUARTET

An intensive Workshop tailored to the needs of Galway Music Students preparing for the written exam this year. Particular emphasis will be made on Listening skills and musical elements and will suit students studying at school or on their own. Students should bring writing materials
CONTEMPO STRING QUARTET are BOGDAN SOFEI, INGRID NICOLA, ANDREEA BANCIU and ADRIAN MANTU. One of the world’s top string quartets – ConTempo have been the Galway Ensemble in Residence for the past seven years bringing the joy of music to audiences in Galway city and county through their performances, educational activities and collaborative projects.
The ensemble format of the workshop makes it simple to put music under the microscope. Improve your listening skills in an interesting, engaging and memorable way. Workshop is sponsored by The Galway Music Residency and presented free of charge to students from Galway City or County.
