The Galway Music Residency’s ‘Experience Beethoven’ series concludes on Saturday, 4 June at 7:30pm in St Nicholas’ Collegiate Church. This three-part series has been exploring Beethoven’s early and late quartets, presenting a string quartet from both periods at each concert allowing listeners to follow the progress of one of the greatest ever composers.
With an introduction by radio broadcaster with Lyric FM, Eamonn Lawlor, The Galway ConTempo Quartet will perform String Quartets: No.6 – Op. 18, no. 6 and No. 14 – Op. 131.
